I have found a entry in the Edinburgh Post office directory for a Mr Tom Snailum. In the 1911/12 edition he is listed as a engineer, (his father also Thomas was the chief engineer of the infirmary) in the 1928/9 edition he is listed as JP, where would I look to find information of his career, when w...
