Re: TalkingScot's 15th birthday

Happy Birthday Talking Scot!

It has been some time since I have looked in here. \:D/ Has it really been 15 years?

I think that some of the members are gone forever and that makes me sad.

Happy New Year to everybody!

Re: TalkingScot Admin - Russell

It has been quite a long time since I have looked into TalkingScot. I am sad to find out that Russell has passed away. My condolences to his family, he will be missed by all of us.

Re: DNA results back!

Hi All
I would have thought that the DNA difference between Scottish and Irish would be practically non-existent. After all, people have been moving between Scotland & Ireland for at least 2 thousand years. #-o

Re: Kirk Session Records

Hi All,

Stew-Good one! :D

Falkryn- My mother spent her early days in Renfrewshire, but at some time the family moved to Glasgow. So I guess it might be hit and miss for her. :?:

Re: Kirk Session Records

Hi All, Currie- If this means that we are finally getting the Kirk Session records, this is great news. =D> Although it does seem as if it is going to take at least another year. I can hardly wait, but then I have been waiting for some years now. :geek: Does anybody know if Scotland kept school reco...
