This would have been in County Antrim. Baptism record for twins born to John Moran and Sarah Brady.

My ggg grandfather William Hewitson died in Greenock in 1897. He death record states that he was 78 years old, which means he was born about 1819. All census records state that he was born in Troon Ayrshire. When checking for a birth record on SP it doesn’t give you the option of naming Troon as the...
