I think you need to get her birth certificate first so you have her exact date of birth. Find its reference details in the GRO index at FreeBMD. Then go to www.gro.gov.uk and you can then order a pdf certificate which at £7.50 is cheaper than ordering one by post. Once you have that you can search f...

Do you have her birth certificate? Do you have her exact date of birth?
FreeBMD will give you possible marriages and you can search the 1939 England and Wales register.
Otherwise there are electoral rolls available too.

Since you have found the GRO reference for this marriage:

you need to go to www.gro.gov.uk and order the certificate. It will cost £11 because you can't yet get PDF certificates for marriages.
