This seems clear that you were correct in thinking she was a Cameron who married a Cameron, since both her father and her husband were Camerons!

yes it isnt an easy one , i could get nothing for her parents either in SP ,
same when i tried her Daughter Eliz i could only get them after i took the mothers name out , so many Frances wasnt born with that name , will have another bash today

The 1862 poorhouse application that I directed you to should hopefully give more details about Fanny -
Fanny Cameron, Elizabeth's mother applied in 1862 but I didn't have time to look at it. The reference is D HEW 10/3/25 page 131. If you contact The Mitchell they will quote (it isn't expensive) you a price and send you a copy.

i have written Annette , just expect it will take some time , will this give deatails on Frances ( Grannys) Birth and Marriage ,
looking at Young Frances death it gives looks like 20 barony street , usual add 61 Bardowie Street , has she died in the poor house do you think ?
