AnneM,

If only I had the gift to write like that. Wonderful.

Hello Anne,

I knew that wasn't going to be a happy ending, and I'm still snivelling.

Great writing though.

Kind regards,

Alison

Sorry Alison

Could not make this bit happy. I was quite sad myself and kept trying to find an excuse to save everyone! :(

Thanks Sally and camweh. Sally don't forget young Archie. As I'd met him before when he was only 6 and he was such a cute little boy it was almost harder to kill him off than the others. Yes, I know I'm crazy thinking I know these bods who only exist in my head but they kind of take on a life of their own.

Hi Anne

I'm off to Scotland tomorrow. Will enjoy reading In the Garden and Greater Love on the journey. With preferably a hot cup of coffee to add to the pleasure.

Thanks for sharing your talent with us all.

Hi Anne

Have only just got back to the DG after being away for ages.

Thank you for Vincent Mulholland - I definitely recognised him and found his story very credible. I wonder how many others out there recognised him???
