I find it a very good service - also amazes me how the post between UK and Australia seems to be better than the internal post in either country! When I was in London for a year, it took 4 days for a letter to get to/from my mother in country NSW. It takes 4 days for a letter to get from Brisbane to the same country town!

Glad you found the right certificate. Maybe in the not too far future they will all be online like SP. I do find it frustrating that one has to purchase a "certified" certificate when an image would provide what is needed.

I tried to post this a few minutes ago, but had a connection glitch at my end

It was prompt service, and I wish too that they were online like SP where we could get a real image. But I think the commercial side will keep it the way it is unfortunately (or it will be just as expensive).
Last week at work I was waiting for a letter from a client, and it definately took more than the two days metro delivery they claim
