Arrivals in Canada

Hi:)

I can get the image of when my family left Greenock, ship name, all passengers, etc.

Is there also a site that shows when the ship arrived in Canada?

Hi Denis,

I don't know where your image came from but any passenger lists I have note the ships name, departure and arrival date at the top of the manifest. If it's missing, is it possible there are other pages to the image you have?

Canadian Immigration and arrivals information is available on several sites, however, like almost all records, it depends on the dates, whether they are available on-line, or not.

If the material is on microfilm, and if you live in Canada, it can be borrowed through interlibrary loan at your public library.

The image I got was from Findmypast; they have the ships & passengers to from UK for 1890-1960. The time frame I was interested in was the 1950s.
