Mary Ann Wainwright Married Edward Rich

I am trying to find the DOD for Mary Ann Rich MN Wainwright. She Married Edward Rich in Eckington in 1902. She was born around 1869.
I know her husband was Edward Rich and he was born around 1873 but not sure of place of birth. I think he died in 1950 in Eckington. There is a record for him in the 1939 register. Would I need to order certs for this information. Any help appreciated.
