Can anyone help find a relative who was a Chelsea Pensioner
How do i go about researching? thanks Liz

In such a case there is a very good chance that there will be a record of your military ancestor in the National Archives records at Kew, - but it may pay you to use the services of a researcher expert in these records,

Incidentally, the term "Chelsea Pensioner" can mean one of the very small number of army pensioners who resided in the hospital at Chelsea, -"In-Pensioners", - or the vastly greater number of army pensioners who lived at home, - "Out-Pensioners".

Have you seached The National Archives for him ?

There is a bit about this subject in The Armed Forces section that may give you some suggestions.
