I've received a b.c. for Julia Allen.
It states her father as Anthony, Labourer, her mother Julia Kelley.

I think this is them 1881:

Hi Cathy
Good to hear you have made some progress. But I'm a bit confused now -are there two Julia Allens? One b. abt 1844 and one born 1882?

best wishes
Lesley

Hi Pinkshoes,
lovely time. Still drying out.
Thanks for 91 census. You have been very kind. I really appreciate it.

Hi Lesley,
yes. It looks like Julia born 1882 was named after her mother Julia Kelley, b.c. 1845-1848.

Back to the drawing board.
Having made a contact on GR, I think I have the wrong Julia Allen.
The following is conformed:

M.Cert. copy from GRO Col 137638 1899 9th September.
Marriage solemnized at The Parish Church in the Parish of Dodworth in the County of York.
Thomas Edward Abson, Trammer, Bachelor, age 23, 9 New Street.
Father William Abson, Innkeeper, deceased.
Julia Allen, Spinster, age 18, 4 South Street. Father James Allen, Miner.
Signed Wm. Barker. Witn. James Allen and Annie Waddington.

1901 census: Living York West Riding Dodworth .
Thomas Abson, age 24, b. Yorks Dodworth, Coal Miner C Below Trammer.
Julia Abson, age 19, b. Worsborough.

They had a son 1922,(now deceased) 5 New Street, Dodworth.
The son was told his mother died shortly after having him.
GRO say no trace (two years either side).
The birth of Julia Allen 1882 to parents Anthony & Julia Kelley cannot be her. I know the father's names differ, but thought the usual informant/registrar may have got it wrong.
Soooooooooo, looking for help with birth and death.
