And I have just noticed that you are in Oz. Do they state whether certs will be send via airmail or surface mail? That could make a big difference to the time it would take to get to you.

I went ga-ga for a bit, trying to find where it said they would process orders in a week. It turned out that it wasn't at the site, it was on the actual confimation email:

Please note that orders are normally completed and returned via email within one week. If you have not received a response from us within 14 days, please contact us on orders@emeraldancestors.com to determine the status of your order.

I think Jayne was referring to receiving her info from The General Register Office at Roscommon, Eire, whereas your hold up seems to be with Emerald Ancestors.

It certainly will not do any harm to find out about the status of your order with Emerald Ancestors. Hope you get your info soon.
