And sure enough,as Alan suggested, at 2 James Street in 1911 there is this family -
Residents of a house 2.2 in James' Street (Limerick No. 5 Urban, Limerick)
Healy Thomas 26 Male Head of Family Roman Catholic
Healy Margaret 25 Female Wife Roman Catholic
Healy Annie 7 Female Daughter Roman Catholic
Healy John 5 Male Son Roman Catholic
Healy Mary Bridget 3 Female Daughter Roman Catholic
You can view the original return at the official site where you can search for them in 1901.
Regards,
Annette

Re: Looking for Margaret Healy
Hi guys,
Just a quick reply at the moment as I am on my break at work. Thanks to all for your replies and advice.
I had already found the Healy's in the 1911 census and found Thomas and Margaret with their families in the 1901 census. I was so excited to find these - I had no idea the Irish National Archives had released them until I read another post right here on Talking Scot. This website is chock full of useful hints.
I am pretty sure these are my guys but tracing them forward is the problem. The only family members I know that definitely came to the UK is Dennis (my other half's GF) and his mother Margaret - known to my FIL as Granny Healy. Who else, when and why is what I am trying to find out.
Later tonight I'll check out the info that Trish and Alan have supplied. Having an approximate year of birth and parent names for Thomas and Margaret should help.
Cheers
Jayne
