Thanks for the update Falkyrn, they are going ahead in leaps and bounds. They have even overtaken the 1927 Glasgow Directory site that has been very useful for many years.
I prefer the Internet Archive site because I’m used to it, and it has more, but because there are so many directories there it is sometimes a bit fiddly to find the one you’re after. It would be handy if N.L.S. provided a set of links to the read online version at I.A. I like to flick through the books the old fashioned way.
Looks like another set, simply titled at I.A. “Post Office Annual Directory“, has also hit 1930, and it’s Edinburgh-Leith.
