I'm getting "Mateo Rizardi from ??? cousin Jan ??? creek"
It would really help to see more of the page to compare other entries.

Hi Karen
As Mary says, a larger chunk would give more comparison opportunities.
I read it as ' Mateo Rizardi from Moniham (with 'mid' underneath)
cousin Jan Thliam creek'
Without seeing the lower loop, if there is one, of the possible 'J' it's hard to identify since there is no upper loop. Only a horizontal bar as there is on the 'z'.

Sarah:
re: Marcin or Martin Kisilewicz
The date of the record is jan20th 1907, I believe he was born in 1874, and his place of birth on wo different crossings is parchacz.
This oarticular crossing was from Southampton, he has a crossing departing from Cuxhaven and the point of contact was a Jan (listed as brother in law) (and what the eagles eyes on this board think) his last could be Schwick.
Any input would be greatly appreciated
Karen:)

Not sure if any of this will help, but let me know if you want me to follow any of these guys:
There is a Martin Kizzelewski, a boarder in a house at 1236 32nd Place in Chicago in 1910. He says he is 40, which is a bit old, and also that he has been married for 25 years, which seems a little odd. Perhaps he mistook the question and gave his age at marriage, unless you think he was married at age 15?. His place of birth and that of his parents is listed as "Russ. Polish". Year of immigration is given as 1908, which is off a bit. He is not yet naturalized and is working as a laborer in a Brass Foundry.
Does this sound like your man?
Then there's one, from Lithuania, also in Chicago. He emigrated in 1907, which looks good, and he is age 34 in 1910, which is slightly closer to the age he is supposed to be. He has a wife whose name ends in "-an" and a daugher named Anna age 1. Although he is indexed as "Martin Kazlorushs" I can't honestly say that I see that name clearly enough to verify... His occupation is carpenter on the steam railroad. If this guy sounds good to you, I could possibly upload the census for others to try to decipher.
In 1920 the only candidate seems to be in South Starkville, Las Animas County Colorado.
Kozlowski Martin, Head, 42, immigrated in 1906, born in Poland, coal miner
__ Annie, wife, 33, immigrated in 1906, born in Poland
__Velaria, daughter, 12, born in Colorado
__Nellie, daughter, 10, born in Colorado
__Martin Jr., son, 7, born in Colorado
__ Walter, son, 3, born in Colorado
Hmmm. That Martin also has a WWI draft card saying he was born 8 May 1877 in Austria (Silesia)
A better match to the name as I'm looking through the draft cards is Martin Kiselwioski, living at 509 E. 21 St, Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania
He was born 12 August 1873 in Russia, Poland and his wife is Katharina
Do you like that one? If so, I can try to find him in a few censuses.
Okay, I'm ready for bed now!
Regards,
Sarah

Sarah:
you are a doll, but they dont fit the bill, I know now he was in brooklyn in 1920 and married, wife julia, daughter Teckla, however on the 1920 census, he is listed as Michael, daughter is listed as tessie. On the 1930 census, he is listed as martin, with wife Julia, Teckla and Hedviga (my husbands grandmother-and the sweetest woman who ever drew breath!)
The ages are all over the place, and unfortunately, my mother in law does not know very much about them (martin and Julia that is) I remember Julia passed away in July or Aug of 1986 when I started dating my husband, but cant seem to find death records for her. But I have written to serveral local cemeteries for records.
I was so hoping to figure out the contacts name on the immigration records to hopefully get a maiden name on Julia,
Boy my Scots rellies were so much easier to find!!
Thanks for your help,
Karen
