McNicol to Australia

If anyone has a connection to Nicol McNicol (b 1843 died 1908) who went with his wife Jane Dougherty (she died in Wattle Camp, Nanango District, Australia, 1932) and family to Australia in 1868, I have his Canadian Roots for the asking.
Family names Gardner, McInnes, Bowes, Dick, McNicol, Urquhart, Waddell, Baird, Lindsay,
