Ancestry now has listings of NSW immigrants online - no images at the minute, but the PR says the databases will be released Wednesday, so I hope they are available then.
New South Wales, Australia, Assisted Immigrant Passenger Lists, 1828-1896 05/30/2008
New South Wales, Australia, Unassisted Immigrant Passenger Lists, 1826-1922 05/30/2008
The assisted indexes are already available at the state archives and some of the unassisted information is available elsewhere also

I have, however, found 2 of my immigrants on the new ancestry data base, that I had been unable to find elsewhere.

It seems there will be no images, which is disappointing. Shall have to wait for the "mariners" link to go further.
