Hello,

no competition. It is near where I grew up, it is by far the best way to enter Scotland (although all ways are good), and it has chains, fitting the theme perfectly. It is, of course, the Union Bridge (usually known as the Chain Bridge) a few miles along the Tweed from Berwick.

Good picture at http://www.northumbria.info/Pages/horncliffe.html

Regards,

John
