Hi David
While I can still view the tif image as well as the original jpg one....when i zoom in on it it is greatly distorted. Something is still awry somewhere....maybe the original jpg got resaved as a tif??? Still some bugs to work out of the system somewhere.....

Herewith a completely "clean" copy in the sense of downloaded from SP, uploaded to TS/Gallery, nothing else done to it ...........

Hi Davie,
Mine didn't go anything - just a blank page apart from a wee square icon in top left corner. Inside is -
red square (top left)
green circle (on right side)
blue triangle (bottom left)
Haven't a clue what the icon means - but most computer related things are a mystery to me.

Bingo on tif file! Works with Windows XP. Is clean copy and crystal clear.

I get the image crystal clear now, but still can't decipher most of it. I would say that Alexander is Glasgow though. His writing is worse than mine!!

I have no problem reviewing the image. Crystal clear. I would say Mary J Fraser was born in Lochwinnoch Parish, Renfrewshire. That’s my interpretation.

Agree with BobG. Looks like Lochwinnoch. Was husband a Celtic fan?
