What relationship would I be to my GGGrandfather's brother's son?
I guess it could also be my GGGrandfather's nephew.

Using the chart MaryB gave above, I make it that this relative is your first cousin three times removed.
Take the common ancestor as your G-G-G-Grandfather (father of the old fellow you mention). You are his G-G-G-grandchild - go down to row 5 in the table. The other fellow is his grandchild - go cross to column 2. Row 5, column 2 gives you first cousin three times removed.
