Dear all - I think I have a breakthrough (which I'll post a message about elsewhere). It leads me to James Muschit and Agnes McEnzie who, in Tulliallan (then in Perthshire, now in Fife) had four children: Henry b. 1710, James b. 1711, Janet 1714 and Elizabeth 1714. And possibly more.
Henry left and ended up in Ayrshire!
Does anybody else have connections to the family of James and Agnes?
