Let's hear it for Scotland's People...

Post by Angusfifer » Fri Oct 24, 2008 2:12 pm

Got an Email this morning from SP apologising profusely for taking credits from me that I never used.
This was news to me!
It would appear that an audit had picked up this discrepency.

I am now 60 credits better off. :D

That PC had better be free tonight... 8)

Me too :!: :D

I received my e-mail yesterday. They said I had a shortfall of 60 credits and I received a compensation of 120 credits valid for 6 months.

I thought it was a hoax at first, but I entered the voucher code on SP and received my credits. What a nice bunch they are [cheers]

Indeed!!

Me too. I think I must have got £6-worth when I paid for £12. The thing is, I never even noticed so the 30 extra credits are a real treat!

\:D/

And I've just booked a place at New Register House in November at the new reduced rate....

Suddenly, it feels like xmas:biggrin:

Best wishes

One very happy bunny here too \:D/ . It must be costing them a fortune if we're all getting double credits in compensation.

Good news for all of you! I'm such a nitpicker about my accounts, that I don't see such a windfall in my future
