Previously Viewed RCE's no longer available

Is anyone else having problems trying to view previously purchased RCE records - I have 2 pages of these and repeatedly get an error message claiming they are " Modern Records" and only available at the centres, despite the viewed dates listed next to them (some of these "modern Records" are from the 1890's). I have emailed Scotlands People (24th May) but have had no response from them

As the RCEs are now free to view, if you have the original certificate in your saved items, do you get the link from there to the RCE?

Thanks for that - I hadn't thought of doing it that way around.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work from the saved images but doing a new search and then selecting the paid image seems to work (now only two pages to work my way through )

A pity that SP haven't bothered replying to the contact mail I sent (through their own system).

Update - some of the RCE's appear to be available through the saved images section of my account but not all of them - those I will need to search for as described above.

Same here, no reply from Scotland's People

All of a sudden though, RCEs seem to be working! Hopefully now fixed!
