List of Navy Regulations?

Hi everyone. Does anyone know if there is a list of Navy Regulations anywhere online ? I have obtained the Royal Naval Reserve record of an ancestor and he appears to have been derated (demoted) at one point under regulation RN5043/51; it has a note which says that he has been informed that any further misconduct will result in consideration of his discharge from the Royal Naval Reserve, but it does not show exactly what he has done. He leaves the RNR a few years later with a glowing conduct report so it looks like it was a one-off, but must have been fairly serious if discharging him was a consideration? I am assuming it was probably drink related, but may be doing him an injustice!

I have tried putting the Reg number in online with no luck - anyone have any ideas where I can find out what it stands for?

What period in time did your ancestor serve?

Hi - he served from 1928 to 1938 in the records I am looking at. He then rejoined at the start of the war and was killed in December 1939 on mine sweeping duty in the North Sea ( but it was around December 1934 that the demotion took place. I tried the Naval Museum website but could not see anything in there which listed the various Naval Regulations...?

Do not be misled by the term "Kings Regulations" which, if a female was to become Monarch, would cause them to be known as "Queens Regulations". Those pertinent to the Royal Navy would be known as "Kings Regulations and Navy Instructions" - I believe.
