I recently found some family notes about an obit in a Fife paper - after some googling I discovered it was held by Cupar library, so sent an email inquiring as to access to same.
Received a scan of the item from the Library today - Libraries surely are keeping up with technology and as always provide a wonderful service.

Re: Cupar Library
Hi Trish,
Fife libraries seem to be particularly good - I also got sterling service from Kirkcaldy Central Library. They sent me a load of stuff so that I could spend a short visit concentrating on the sources that would be most useful.
=D> for Fife!!
Best wishes
