In this context I really like the name of one FHS in New South Wales, -
the Sydney Dead Persons Society
QUOTE
The [Sydney] Dead Persons Society is a very active group meeting regularly to support those using computers and the Internet for family history. They have their own web site, where you may find out more about them.
Details of the forthcoming dates and topics of DPS meetings can be found in the Activities Programme. No booking is necessary but a small door charge is applicable. Please note that the group is a co-operative venture operated by our members to assist other researchers with similar interests but that this assistance can only be provided in person at meetings.

Full marks for observation Jim,
I wondered if that would be noticed. One of the Admin tasks is to clear out memberships that have never been activated within a reasonable time (usually over a month). I removed about a dozen of these today. These are mostly ones where the applicant made a mistake with their e-mail address so could never receive the activation e-mail.
All the best,
AndrewP
