I submitted a Contact Form to SP about an image which had not come up. This was in the middle of the afternoon on Thursday (5/10/06)
At 16.42 I received a reply asking about the problem as it was not showing on their system. The formal acknowledgement of the contact Form did not arrive until literally two minutes later !
By 17.01 Alison at SP could see the problem on her system and arranged for the engineers to re-load the image.
By 11.31 the next day she e-mailed me to say the image had been re-loaded and to re-try. Which I did successfully.

That is a level of service which beats all others hollow. Quick, pleasant, efficient..
I did reply to her with my grateful thanks.
Now we know what our payments for credits provide for us.

In all my many dealings with SP, I have nothing but praise for Alison & Eileen =D> - they have always been very helpful. I always send a message to thank them as I'm sure sometimes, it must feel like a thankless task! :roll:

I'd like to add my compliments to SP for the very prompt and friendly responses to queries.

No excuses or fobbing off from them. They tell it like it is and seem to actually want to move heaven and earth to sort things out.

The only black mark I can ever see that will arise is from the other sites that cannot come up to these excellent standards of fairness and efficiency.

I agree with all your comments, I have always found SP to be prompt and very helpful with any Contact note I have sent to them

Unfortunately it makes me snipe at people when they complain about SP.
I just think it is TERRIFIC..
