My mother qualified as a teacher, firstly gaining her certificate for teaching then going on to train at Dunfermline College in PE, August 1938. I remember her telling me she had to teach "rough" boys football at a Glasgow school. I would love to find out where she taught. Has anyone any ideas how I might begin my search. I tried at the Mitchell but all they had were school log books and as I didn't know which school it was like looking for a needle in a haystack! I realise this is a long shot but maybe someone out there has some ideas?
