Jim is indeed still monitoring this query; I'm nothi8ng if not determined. I dropped off the radar for a short time to assess my finances as I am now on Disability Pension - found an ISP at half the previous cost.

Angus mate, you have done so much work in your response that, if you wish, I can forward son John McCreadie's life story to your private e-mail address. Mine is

Have sent you a PM, Jim, along with a note of my e-mail address. Please let me know if it was received as I am not convinced that I am working the PM system properly.

Angus.

Updating my original 2009 enquiry ](*,) .

Information received indicates 1859 burial records for Ayr and environs are possibly retained by Masonhill Crematorium.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this outstanding mystery concerning my extended family.
Directions, etc; for Masonhill Crematorium:
At Holmston Roundabout take the Cumnock & Dumfries exit. Pass Dobie's Garden Centre on your left and after 500-600 metres, turn right to the Crematorium (signposted). Office Hours: Mon-Thu 8.45AM - 4.45PM; Fri 8.45AM - 4.00PM.
Sincere thanks.
