I haven't quite worked out all the relationships but I'm pretty sure the parents of the children on the 1841 census are Andrew Bennett MORGAN and Jane or Ann MARSHALL.
A search on the IGI shows a marriage between Jane Marshall and Andrew Bennett Morgan on 8th April 1835.
A parent search shows no children.
But a parent search of Ann MARSHALL and Andrew MORGAN gives you the following:
CATHRINE MURRAY MORGAN - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Female Christening: 21 JAN 1844 South Leith, Midlothian, Scotland
2. JOAN COWAN MORGAN - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Female Christening: 06 FEB 1842 South Leith, Midlothian, Scotland
3. WILLIAM MARSHALL MORGAN - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Male Birth: 26 NOV 1837 South Leith, Midlothian, Scotland
4. ANDREW MORGAN - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Male Christening: 12 DEC 1839 South Leith, Midlothian, Scotland
The boys fit exactly with the census.
There is also marriage between a Euphemia MARSHALL and Joseph WILLIAMSON in 1820 but this seems a bit early for the Euphemia on the census.
I've seen all the children on the 1881 census.
Which one was your grandfather?

Family Morgan
Andrew B Morgan, age 31
Midleham - probably mis-spelling/mis-pronunciation of Midlothian [place of birth] goes along with his birth in Leith
sevant - probably should read servant [occupation]
St Edmond the King - a parish in London [place of residnece at the time of the census]
All the best,
Andrew Paterson
