I believe you are correct and this in Aunt Euphemia. Sophia is her sister and although Euphemia's age is correct, it looks like Sophia may have shaved a few years off her age. I believe that this is the same or very close to the same address where Alexander and Elizabeth lived with their son Peter in the 1841 census.
