and thanks to every one for all your help, Sally, I found John married to Christina Glover on the 1901 census for Wemyss Fife they have a daughter Isabella and a son Wm John although further research found Isabella as the illegitimate daughter of Christina Glover, the fathers name was David Gorrie, John married Christina on 3rd Feb 1896 he was 20yrs she was 18yrs.
