RICCARTON PARISH.....

Post by Linda Malpass » Thu Mar 29, 2007 6:09 pm

Just to give others a heads up, there seems to be a problem with the indexing of the Riccarton Parish Book, I searched for two McCracken births and the images were not on the page. However, I sent a contact form and the SP people were right on it, I had the correct documents waiting in my email this morning, great service SP :!: :!: :D

Hi Linda,

It seems you are as impressed as I have been by how "on top of it" the SP folk seem to be. When you consider the scale of the project of indexing and getting these online, I've certainly had very few problems, but they have been very quick to get even those few sorted out.

Their policy to email images, rather than make us wait for them to be sorted out on the site is much appreciated.

They are certainly getting a round of applause from me as well. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

I had an issue as well a month or so back with a certificate coming up when I purchased that was completely different to the reference. They were extremely quick at getting back to me, within a few hours with an email attachment of the right document. At the time I didn't think too much about it, but I'm even more impressed now when I think about how many images there are to go through and how many enquiries they must get! They seem well on top of things at any rate!
