Hello Vantaykay
[TS_welcome]
It would be helpful if you could tell what information on your lang deid yins you already have.
Your grandparents details/marriage, birth etc. is a good start.
Just be aware that we avoid giving details of living persons on TS.

Hi vantaykay
Free of charge, you can check Birth, Death and Marriage Intimations here:

http://www.ayrshire-roots.co.uk/index1.php

Select "Ardrossan & Saltcoats Intimation Database" and read the 4th last paragraph. Registration and searches are free.
For example, at Stevenston in 1947, one Marion Janet Campbell Taylor married Steven Harvey Hayes, of Wallington, Surrey. With the names "Campbell Taylor", the marriage could be worth looking up on ScotlandsPeople!

Good luck.
