To all you thoughtful members with appreciative responses. :D [woohoo]

I have spoken with my natural family, like 3 and a half hours of burning up the phone line, and it was great. It was funny for us to discover, that although we'd been apart our growing years, we have an awful lot of the same interests, lifestyles and hobbies.

My youngest sister and I (the oldest) have the most noticable in lifestyles even marrying spouses with the same traits. My other sister and I have also carried the similiarity of looking like our mum, although she is bigger boned than I.

I was also told that all the pictures my adopted parents forwarded to them of my growing years have been placed into the family albums; and the pictures I forwarded are on the wall with my other siblings too. My parents are getting together with my natural family to show old reels that they had recordings of of me. Boy, I haven't seen them

Thanks again to you all. Before I forget, my sisters moreso want to work with me now on the genealogical tree. They will try and do some research on their end when I give them some data; I've to do the design and printing (told I've got the neatest writing); and our sister-in-laws are going to go through the storage and see what photos and other resources they can find. \:D/ My parents are going to oversee that we don't go wandering off the path and go in a variety of different directions.

This is getting to be more interesting and a lot more fun to have both families sharing in all of this, as well as acceptance all the way around. I'd really say that this family has really expanded and there is still a lot of love to go around. I even spoke with 3 of mum's sisters that (I didn't find in the Registry) I didn't know existed and they are tickled because I was able to give them additional family they didn't even know of. [woohoo]

A family who appreciates genealogists! Now that's very satisfying. I know what you mean about having more information that they do, after searching for so long. I'm always joking at how little info the "legits" have on their own family history, and have to remind them who is who a few generations back
