Summer credits

I successfully retrieved my credits the other day, so I went back to view the transaction. Without thinking, I entered summer16 rather than the code summer(space)16 that was posted on the board. If that doesn't work, you might want to send them a message. Would your credits have expired? If you don't use them within a year, they get locked rather than deleted.

Credits are valid for one year - any unused ones remain in your account. To re activate these, you would need to purchase further credits."

Far as I know the code is summer16 no spaces, but nothing in my receipt from SP mentions same - I didn't realise you had to have credits - thanks for mentioning that Alan - probably pure luck that I had some.

A member of another forum has contacted SP and the response was:--

“The code was only active for a set time as the promotion has now ended, the voucher code no longer valid for use but do keep checking our newsletters for any / all other site updates and news.”

I haven't been able to find an original source for the 27 Aug expiry date quoted.

The voucher code was just for the attendees of a one-off class in genealogy that was being held, and it has since expired - it wasn't a general offer.'
