Fiona sent me the details of the OPR she was trying to print. For me the direct download image displays in Internet Explorer. It printed for me, but as web browser programs are not clever at resizing items to fit the page, it lost the bottom of the page and cut off half of the record that was wanted (the last one on the page).
Plan B: The better way to print the OPR images is to do so from some program other than your internet browser. When viewing ot in your internet browser, right click on it and save it. Then view the saved image in a viewer program such as Windows Picture and Fax Viewer or Microsoft Office Picture Manager (or other picture viewing or editing program that you have on your PC). Print the image from that program. You should get a full print.
All the best,
AndrewP

YIPPEEE!!!
See you all beat me to it.
I was going to gloat and say I had been into NRH tonight and saw the digitised OPRs but seems the upgrade on SP was completed today.
Those of you who have found your rellies are really lucky. I spent 2and a half hours clicking finding none of mine - heathen lot!!! Well I did find a sibling of one but it was really the father I was after. No matter which line I went down, couldn't get any further than the parents I already know.
The RCEs were there to, linked to the death's which meant I found what I was looking for there. Also found Brian's relly's RCE so it will be winging its way to him any moment now.
Happy hunting don't stay up too late!

The note that the OPR images are JPEG images which means that, unlike the previous ones, they can be saved and then opened in any photo software eg. Photo Editor and then the brightness, contrast etc. can be adjusted to make the whole image clearer. (Or just the section you are particularly interested in.)
Happy viewing.
Happy viewing.
Looking for Gardiner, Napper, Rossenblatz/Ross

Hi All
I had trouble printing my first OPR image, but saved it to my Photo Program. The next OPR image printed out okay, but wasn't as clear as the printout that I have from my Photo Program.
I have found my first illegitimate birth! At least I think I have.
It said "natural "instead of lawful, but they must have gotten married later, because the next birth from this couple in 1806 says "lawful". I still haven't found any record of their marriage though.

Couple of my old "blanket" searches in the OPR's revisited
I've got his birthdate, his marriage, his Mammy and Daddy's marriage and (I think) one Granny and Grandad's marriage![[woohoo] [woohoo]](./images/smilies/woohoo.gif)
Now for his wife's...
Silent promise to credit card: I will be good! I will be good! I will be good!
