A great big thank you!

Post by Mo-anne » Thu Aug 30, 2007 2:19 pm

I've long wanted to attempt to trace my family tree but had no idea where to start or how to go about it. But then I found TalkingScot with a wealth of useful info, links etc. and decided to have a go.
A month ago, my mother's family tree consisted of her and her parents - it's now grown to 35 names. I couldn't have managed this without all the help I've had from TalkingScot so a really big thank you to everyone who's had the patience to explain things to me or answer queries.
Just one point though - I think the site should carry a health warning that persusual of it might lead to addiction!
Many, many thanks once again for all your help.

Och Mo, we couldn't do that

Why should we stop getting as many other folk as hooked as we are? It's great fun here in the nuthouse

Hi Mo

You're disqualified from answering my Scottish-Polish surnames post :!:  , but can you add any more such surnames?
