just had my dna examined for dna via my paternal line, this is linked to the clan macpherson on the family project website. Does anyone have any experience of this site and what are your views? Is there other sites to compare your dna??? either maternal or paternal

Have a look at Family Tree DNA (or FTDNA) as a lot of clans are using it. They also have a Y-DNA and an mtDNA comparison facility which anyone can use.

I have just had my mtdna tested & it's fascinating to see which parts of the World my DNA is more prevalent & the areas it may have originated in all those tens of thousands of years ago.
