He emailed me within a couple of days with the details of her death and I have just received an air mail letter with a copy of her records which included a a photograph ......The one and only photograph any of my family have of her.
It was so sad to read of her condition, I only have vague memories of a tiny wee woman with a white cap propped up in bed when I visited her at the hospital with my father when I was a child. [The records state she was only 4 foot 9 ]
So a big thank you to everyone who helped me take this first step.
