Divorce .....

Post by Wee Ann » Tue May 08, 2007 10:55 pm

I think maybe I had this one posted in the wrong spot. Plenty of people read it, but obviously, not anyone who could help!

Is it possible to find out the details of a divorce that took place in the early fifties, I think in the Newcastle upon Tyne area? Both parties are now deceased. :?: :?: :?:

Sincerely

Hi Wee Ann
Had it taken place in Scotland, I could have helped here, but as was in England, I don't really know - do they end up in the National Archives?

Thank you Lesley,

I had no idea at all, so you have given me something to make a start on.

Best regards

Ann
