I can't find a Jane Dunbar on the 1851 census at the National Archives of Ireland http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/ .
Did you get it somewhere else?

That is a very good place look for such a thing. However they aren't indexed for easy searching, and it can be a slow process.
