Her mother's name was Mary Jane so that's a real possibility.

Well, I found Hettie/Hetty/Hattie. She married someone Warren in 1886. Had a son Hubert/Herbert in 1890 and was widowed before the census in 1900. I haven't found any official marriage or birth records but she is living next door to her parents and brother on the 1900 census. Don't know her husband's first name, but I have her on all the census records through 1940 when she died in Florida. She is buried back in Minnesota with the rest of the family.

To add to the complication of 'Nick-Name' usage. On my fathers side, we have a Helen who was always known as Jessie. On mothers side a Helen who went under the name of Nellie!
