PM problem

Post by Lorna Allison » Sat Sep 06, 2014 9:55 pm

Hello

I'll stun you with my technical ineptitude.

Please would someone explain how to delete PMs from the inbox so that I can receive one which is being held "on hold".

Had to go and check myself!

In your 'inbox' page mark the box[es] marked 'mark' at the side of the messages you wish to delete
then go to the bottom and there's a menu with 'mark/unmark as important' showing, in that there's also the option 'Delete' and 'move marked to saved'

click 'delete' then the 'GO' button.

It'll then ask if you are sure and that's that.

I'm glad my names not MARK though ;)

Thanks so much Wilma. That worked beautifully. That PM had been sitting since July and was a new member offering help to me over a downloading problem - having joined 20 minutes previously =D>

Clearly already imbued with the true TS spirit :D

Bye for now
