hi
wondering if anyone can help each time i type in the names i always get No Results ,
i am trying to find out if these 2 girls have other names other than ones know by as so many coming up in NRH
i am trying to narrow it down a bit looking for these names at these add if i can get any details i dont know the areas that they are in most grateful for any ideas
looking for who i have as Jessie Stewart born around 1895 at 23 Hill Street Glasgow , for that year i am getting a Janet F which is poss , but again i am not certain
and Frances born around 1901 19 London Road Glasgow ,
if i am right , Jessie may have died 1904 ish , and i dont know nothing about Frances other than she was still alive in 1904 ,
i also have another Janet/Jessie that died in 1922 my Mother said she was 10 , but the details from the cemetery say 6 and certainly the picture i have she doesnt look 6,
she may have lived at 22Newton Street Paisley ,but certainly lived in Paisley
anyone push me in right direction pls

Re: FreeCen
Hi Jannette
If you are looking for folk in Paisley born after 1851 you have no chance of finding them on FreeCen since it only covers the 1841 and 1851 results. To find later census returns you would need to buy the credits for Scotlandspeople.gov.uk and download the results yourself. We have to pay for searches like yourself so there is no free source for information in the early 1900's.
The only reason that FreeCen exists is thanks to the efforts of volunteer transcribers who are working to make more parish census records available to us. They are always looking for volunteers though

Re: FreeCen
There are a few possibilities for Jessie Stewart on the 1901 census at Ancestry.com. What are her parents' names?
Researching: Easton ( Renfrewshire, Dunbarton and Glasgow), Corr (Londonderry and Glasgow), Carson (Co. Down, Irvine, Ayrshire and Glasgow), Logan (Londonderry and Glasgow)

Re: FreeCen
its a James and Janet Stewart m/s Crawford , i really am not asking anyone to pay out their pockets , i just cant access a lot of these free sites ,and when you look at the reg areas , which i know add of , but not the area it was reg that should narrow it down , i cant afford to look all with same names and not all showing the parents names so makes it harder , i dont know if ALL had Cameron as we thought a middle name , my Mother and Unlce did have ,i just need to gather a bit more info ,as i have changed email add since i done the Stewart side and the new email has Hamilton side which my Brother decided we had enough on ,so all i can view on NRH is ones i dont want to follow , just thought i would give it another bash
thanks for offer
