The only problem i have is that i cant view images downloaded from SP. There is a link on SP re this problem but i cant find what it says i need to download in order to view images but maybe with a bit of time and patience i will get there !
I will in time get familiar with it all, i hope.
What a difference it has made to viewing Ancestry results and images - if i only ever use it for that i will be happy !

I’m not sure what the SP image problem is Tracey. Possibly you may have to set your Image viewer preferences to Direct Download on your SP My Details page. ActiveX won’t work on Firefox although it may if you use the IE Tab add on. But the best thing about browsers is that you can use more than one at the same time if that suits you.
