Cannot emphasize this enough.
Make sure that you have protection installed (virus scan, e-mail check, ad and spyware prevention).
In particular, beware of spam from 'church'. This managed to crash my e-mail filtering! Had to reset system. This tried to auto reply. Not permitted.
Am posting this, as the last thing you should ever do is e-mail all your friends to say "Look! There is an e-mail virus loose!".
Think about it. It's about as dumb as you can get.
Have scanned system, and now safe to talk to rest of world.
