Joining, talkingscot
I heard of this site from a friend and have come to realise that it is far superior to many of the so called ones that promise everything.AndrewP wrote:We at TalkingScot are happy to see so many new members joining up. Can you please tell us how you found us. That can help us target future advertising more effectively.
We asked the same question last year (see the 2005 question). Let's see if 2006 brings some more clues to where the word of TalkingScot is spoken.
Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.
All the best,

Where did you hear of TalkingScot? (2006)
I read about in in a genealogy blog (http://www.davidlambertblog.com/) which had a reference to a press release sent out by the LDS Family History Library.
The people and help on this site far surpass any other that I visit.
Kudos and much thanks to all!!

Hi Bob C and welcome to the forum!
Nice to see a fellow New Englander on board. (Marilyn did you hear that... ) It's also great to see that you read David Lambert's blog. One of our members (and another New Englander!! ) was responsible for that release. Very nice to see the feedback!!
Best wishes
