hello and thank you for your quick reply , yes that is the same as i have i have my great grans marriage in 1903 to william cottar she is called jeanie cameron, williams father was cornelius cotter a gardener and wife agnes cotter nee duffy my great grans parents were alexander cameron a marine engineer marroed rachel cameron nee ms cameron but i cant find where they came from or go back any further maybe you could help many thanks iv got pics of william cotter and cornelius cotter my great grand father many thanks debz xx

Just from playing with the search function on scotlandspeople.gov.uk it looks like Cornelius and Agnes were married in Rutherglen in 1878. Do you have that document? What were their parents' names?
