Can anyone tell me the date of death for Mary Reid the wife of William Wylie Reid who died in 1938. I think her mS was Cuthbert?

Hi Caroline,

What does William's death certificate say about him? Married to..., or widower of...? This would at least indicate whether you should be looking at 1938 onwards or up to 1938 for Mary's death.

Where was William's death registered? This could help to narrow down where Mary's death was expected to be.

William's death certificate should give Mary's maiden surname. What does it say about her?
